We have been going to this location since we moved to Holland in 2019. They came highly recommended to us by good friends. We are SO HAPPY we found them. We’ve have been given consistently wonderful service for anything and everything we’ve needed for our 2016 Volvo S60 and 2015 Honda Fit. Haley and Sam, who run the shop, are just fantastic human beings. Not only do they run a tight ship but they are able to provide the kind of service rarely found in the automotive repair industry. Most recently, we blew both tires on the driver side of the Volvo, due to a large pothole. Since we knew those tires needed replacement we had the car towed there from Grand Rapids. Earlier, we had a cracked wheel, which they had sent to a welder to fix. The car drove safely but never quite felt up to snuff at high speed. Yes, we both have lead feet! This was the impetus for us to get a new wheel. Haley searched everywhere. She called us and told us it was very expensive. She then recommended purchasing 4 brand new 17” wheels (downgrading from the 20” wheels that originally came on the car) as well as 4 new tires. She said that the smaller wheels would put more tire between us and the road. Believe it or not, that price came in LESS than the price for two 20” used wheels. It was such a smart move! The car rides so much better than it ever did. It’s fun to drive again and we feel completely safe. We are so grateful to Haley for coming up with a great solution to our problem. We hope to put many more miles on that vehicle. If we could give them more than 5 STARS we would. If you’re looking for an auto repair shop in Holland, that’s the place. We’ll be giving them our business for many years to come!

I have been buying tires at OK Tire on State Street for almost 40 years. Their prices are better than what I would be charged at the Mercedes dealership; the staff is very accommodating and friendly. What I appreciate, too, is that I am welcome to return again and again to have the tire pressure checked and the tires inflated, if necessary. This service is complimentary and done immediately and by a friendly employee. And what also impresses me--unlike every other business today--OK Tire DOES NOT have a tip jar out on its counter. These folks are simply THE BEST. Try them. You will agree!
